Overview

This exception is raised by the TROPooledClassFactory if its pool behavior is set to pbFail and all pool instances are currently active serving requests. This can be intentional, if access is supposed to be restricted to a maximum number of active instances (for example to accommodate limited server resources); to avoid this exception, consider changing the pool behavior to pbWait or pbCreateAdditional, instead.
